What you get for your family portrait photography session:
Our family portrait photography sessions stretch around an hour for two reasons. The “mini session” doesn’t cover the wide range of sunset lighting conditions and produces far too few shots. We will shoot in between 100-300 shots per session to narrow down to about 100. We are here to get the best shots, it doesn’t matter how long it takes. Time limits add tension. Unlike a lot of larger portrait studios, we don’t book more than one session per day. The weather is fairly unpredictable on the gulf coast, so super tight bookings can lead to very little room to reschedule. Also, we use external flash units so we can take full advantage of any dramatic lighting conditions.
Where we shoot:
Our service areas for family portrait photography are Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Orange beach, Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan. We have a variety of locations that we utilize for their quiet, natural beauty. Although we prefer our spots, if you wish to have your session at the place you are staying, we can accommodate you needs.
Delivery:
All family portrait photography images are edited with basic color correction and cropping. Additional retouching is available upon request and additional charges are required. We send a secure folder via a Google Drive link to your email in 2-3 days. We mail a thumbdrive or SD card containing both low resolution Jpegs, and high resolution Tiff files for the printer of your choice within 7-10 days. In addition, we store all files on back up hard drives in case something happens years from now. Also, if you wish to use an online print house, we can format for size and file output for the online printer or printshop of your choice at no extra charge.
